These Terms of Service govern your use of Naudia Salmon Coaching services, including participation in workshops, coaching sessions, membership and website usage. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Naudia Salmon Coaching offers workshops, personal coaching, membership programmes, digital content (including the Bloom Portal), and related services designed to support personal growth and self-discovery. Results vary individually and are not guaranteed.
Participation in coaching and workshops is intended to support personal awareness and growth. However, each client remains fully responsible for their actions, choices, and outcomes. Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult appropriate professionals for any specific concerns.
For workshops and events, payment is due at registration and is non-refundable unless otherwise specified. For one-on-one coaching, clients should refer to the terms agreed upon in their signed coaching agreement. In respect to workshops, no refunds or cancellations are permitted once booked, except in cases of cancellation by Naudia Salmon.
For membership programmes (including Bloom Collective):
• Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
• By enrolling in a membership, you authorise recurring payments via the selected payment method.
• Memberships may be cancelled at any time by the member through their payment provider or by contacting Naudia Salmon Coaching in writing.
• Cancellation prevents future billing but does not result in a refund for the current billing period.
• Access to membership content and live calls continues until the end of the active billing cycle.
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
For digital products (including the Bloom Portal lifetime access), all purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
All coaching sessions are confidential, in alignment with the privacy standards specified in the Privacy Policy. Naudia Salmon respects your privacy and will not disclose your information without consent unless required by law.
Naudia Salmon Coaching is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. By participating, you release Naudia Salmon and affiliates from any claims or liabilities related to your use of our services.
Live sessions may not be recorded (unless explicitly stated). By participating, you agree not to record, distribute, or reproduce any session content without written permission.
We may modify these Terms of Service periodically. Any updates will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.
Membership access (including Bloom Collective and the Bloom Portal) is granted to the individual purchaser only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
Access to digital materials and live sessions is for personal use only.
Naudia Salmon Coaching reserves the right to revoke membership access without refund in cases of:
• Breach of these Terms
• Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour within live sessions
• Sharing of confidential member information
• Unauthorised sharing or distribution of course materials
Members are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate technology and internet access to participate in live sessions.
